MS Dynamics 365 CRM – Integration & Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, primarily focusing on integration, support, and optimization of customer-centric processes, including customer complaints management. The CRM platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and the candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing integrations and enhancing system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Dynamics 365 CRM modules with focus on Customer Service & Complaint Management
  • Evaluate existing system integrations and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and optimize integrations between CRM and internal/external systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime
  • Enhance workflows, automation, and customer experience processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service module preferred)
  • Experience with Azure-based deployments and integrations
  • Knowledge of APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and data integration tools
  • Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
