Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, primarily focusing on integration, support, and optimization of customer-centric processes, including customer complaints management. The CRM platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and the candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing integrations and enhancing system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Dynamics 365 CRM modules with focus on Customer Service & Complaint Management
- Evaluate existing system integrations and identify improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize integrations between CRM and internal/external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime
- Enhance workflows, automation, and customer experience processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service module preferred)
- Experience with Azure-based deployments and integrations
- Knowledge of APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and data integration tools
- Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and customer lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
